The Zipbaits Monsoon Breaker 130mm Sinking Lure is a sinking shore minnow for wind, current, and open-water casting where a floating lure rides too high.
The sinking body gives better control below surface chop and lets you count the lure down to the layer the fish are using.
Retrieve it steadily first, then add twitches or pauses when it crosses a gutter, rip, bait school, or current seam.
Because it sinks, depth control matters: start sooner over shallow rock, and let it count down longer over sand, channels, or deeper wash.
It is strongest from beaches, breakwalls, river mouths, rock edges, and open shorelines where predators are feeding on baitfish.
It is not the safest shallow snag lure, but it gives reach and control when the water has movement.
