The Ailed Ore 115F is a floating minnow/shore plug for fishing the upper water column.

The pause is where this style becomes useful.
Wind it steadily to get it swimming, add twitches or rod sweeps to make it look unsettled, then stop it beside current seams, wash lines, or cover so following fish can catch up.
The 115mm profile is large enough to represent a proper baitfish, not just tiny fry.
It is most useful when predators are feeding high or when you need to keep the lure above shallow ground.
It is not the best pick if fish are holding deep or if the water is glass-calm and the fish are spooky.
In those situations, a smaller sinking minnow or softer presentation will usually get more bites.
