Do your products come with a warranty?

If there is an obvious defect in your product , we will replace or refund it for you. Please keep your warranty card if any that comes with your purchase for rods and reels. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellations are possible only if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Please inspect your rod or reel immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is damaged during transit, contact us right away with clear photos of:

  • The packaging box and envelope it came in

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used. If itā€™s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.
