Do your products come with a warranty?

We stand behind all the products we sell. We advice all our customers to check their purchases once they receive them. What should I do if my rod or reel arrives damaged?

Please inspect your rod or reel immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is damaged during transit, contact us right away with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging box and envelope it came in

Weā€™ll assess the situation and offer a solution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used. If itā€™s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.

Why did I receive an email saying my item is out of stock?

While we do our best to keep listings accurate, some inventory is managed manually, so occasional mismatches can occur.
