The Shout 104-LC Metal Jig Lance Slow Fall Long 160 grams is a long slow-fall metal jig built for showing a longer baitfish profile on the lift and fall.
Compared with a compact jig, the longer body gives a bigger flash and slide, making it useful when predators are feeding on sardines, sand eels, or longer baitfish.
Fish it with lifts, half-pitch rhythm, and controlled slack so it can slide and flash on the way down.
The fall is the bite window, so do not keep the line so tight that the jig cannot work naturally.
It suits offshore reefs, current lines, bait schools, and deeper structure where amberjack, trevally, snapper, and grouper are sitting below bait.
It is less ideal when fish are keyed on tiny bait or when you need a very compact silhouette.
