Heavy-duty metal jig with a wide, flat profile and a pronounced lip for aggressive action. Designed to sink quickly and create a strong flash in the water column. Best fished with a steady retrieve or sharp jerks to trigger strikes. The large size and weight make it ideal for deep drops or targeting aggressive predators. The #166 model features a gold-and-silver color combo for high visibility in stained or murky water. Use with heavy line to handle the weight and maintain control during retrieval. Effective when cast near structure, drop-offs, or in areas with strong currents where fish are actively feeding. The general-purpose shape works well for both vertical jigging and trolling at moderate speeds.
