The VS Metal Jig is a metal lure for distance, depth control, and reaction fishing.

The metal body lets you reach fish that normal hardbaits cannot reach and gives flash on the lift and fall.

Work it with a straight fast retrieve when fish are chasing, or use lift-and-fall movements when fish are sitting lower.

The bite often comes as the lure drops or changes speed, so stay connected instead of letting it fall completely slack.

It is strongest from beaches, rock walls, boats, channels, and bait schools where predators are feeding at range or below the surface.

It is not the best slow, subtle lure for pressured fish, but it covers water quickly.

The brighter finish is useful when visibility matters: stained water, low light, cloudy conditions, or when fish need a stronger target to lock onto.

In very clear calm water, a more natural colour can be less suspicious.

TARGET SPECIES: trevally, mackerel, bonito, snapper, flatfish, sea bass, grouper, and predators feeding below bait schools or near bottom.
