The Rapala Twitchin Rap is a slow-sinking twitch bait for anglers who want a lure that can glide, turn, and stall rather than just wobble straight back.

It is made for working a baitfish profile with rod input and pause timing.

Twitch it with short rod pulls, then let it glide or sink slightly before the next movement.

That side-to-side change is what makes it look like bait losing direction, especially around current seams, flats, rock edges, and shallow bait schools.

It is strongest when fish are following but not eating a normal straight retrieve.
