The Metal Jig Maki SLW in 30g is a slow-fall blade casting jig for anglers who want flash, vibration, and extra hang time compared with a plain speed jig.
The SLW style makes sense when fish react to the blade but still need a slower drop to commit.
Retrieve it steadily when fish are chasing, then add pauses or short lifts when they are following.
On the drop, keep light contact so the lure can flutter and the blade can add visual trigger without tumbling uselessly into the bottom.
It is strongest around inshore bait schools, breakwaters, beaches, shallow reefs, channels, and windy edges where a soft lure is too slow but a straight metal jig is too aggressive.
It is not the best choice for heavy snags, so control the fall around rough ground.
