The Jackson Soft Lure Chinukuro Hog 2.6 Inches is a compact craw/hog-style soft bait for bottom, cover, and bream/bass-style work.

The advantage is feel and natural movement: fish often hold onto soft plastics longer than hard lures because the body feels more believable on the bite.

Use small hops, bottom drags, shakes, and pauses.

The bait should look like a craw, prawn, or bottom creature trying to escape, so keep it close to structure and do not rush it out of the bite zone.

It is strongest around rock edges, bridge pylons, weed holes, docks, timber, and bottom transitions where predators pick off crustaceans or small bottom prey.

It is not as durable as a hard lure, especially around toothy fish, but the more natural movement is the trade-off that gets bites.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used. If it’s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.
