The Jackson Ebi Panic 70 is a floating shrimp-style surface lure for fish feeding on prawns, shrimp, and small surface prey.

It gives a different profile from a minnow or pencil, which is useful when predators are looking for slower, easier food around edges.

Work it with short twitches, pauses, and gentle surface movement.

Do not rush it back; shrimp-style lures make the most sense when left in the strike zone long enough for fish to inspect and eat.

It is strongest around mangroves, pontoons, canals, weed pockets, rock edges, and calm shallow water.

It is not a rough-water search plug, but it can be very effective when fish are feeding close and shallow.
