The Soul Shad 58SP Suspend is a suspending shad made for controlled twitch-pause fishing around bait, cover, and pressured fish.

It is not just a crankbait to wind straight back; the suspend and shad body are made for stop-start control when fish are following but not fully eating.

Use a steady retrieve to get it working, then add short twitches and pauses around cover, weed edges, drains, rock walls, and shade lines.

The pause is important because the lure can hang in the strike zone and look like a small baitfish that has stalled or lost balance.

This lure is strongest when fish are feeding on small baitfish or holding close to cover.

In dirty water or when fish are scattered, a louder vibration bait may locate them faster, but when fish are looking closely, the Soul Shad style is more convincing.

The natural forage-style finish makes the most sense in clear to lightly stained water where fish are feeding by sight and you want the lure to look like real bait rather than a loud reaction colour.
