The Soul Shad 52SP Suspend is a compact, finesse-sized shad that can be stopped right in front of fish without overpowering small-bait situations.

Use a steady retrieve to get it working, then add short twitches and pauses around cover, weed edges, drains, rock walls, and shade lines.
