The Soft Lure Drift Crab is a soft crab bait for slow, bottom-focused fishing around structure.
The wide crab profile is the point: it gives bream, rockfish, flathead, and other bottom feeders a prey shape that is very different from a normal shad.
Fish it slowly with small hops, drags, and pauses near rock, pontoons, drains, bridge pylons, and sand/weed edges.
Most bites come when it looks like an easy crab, not when it is ripped away from the fish.
It is strongest in estuaries, harbours, flats, and structure zones.
It is not a power search bait; use it when fish are close to bottom or feeding on crustaceans.
The more natural forage-style finish is best used when fish are feeding by sight around clear to lightly stained water, weed, rock, or cover.
It is not mainly a dirty-water visibility choice; it works because it looks like something fish already eat.
TARGET SPECIES: bass, bream, rockfish, flathead, perch, peacock bass, sea bass, and light-game predators feeding around cover, bait, or bottom structure.
