We stand behind all the products we sell. We advice all our customers to check their purchases once they receive them. If the item is damaged during transit, contact us right away with clear photos of:

  • The packaging box and envelope it came in

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used. If itā€™s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.

While we do our best to keep listings accurate, some inventory is managed manually, so occasional mismatches can occur.
