The Need Bug is a floating soft bug for insect, frog, and tiny surface-prey situations.

The compact floating body lets you keep the bait in one spot longer than a hard topwater plug, which matters when fish are sitting under shade or cover.

Fish it with small twitches, dead-sticks, and short pulls around overhanging trees, weed mats, drains, grass edges, and shallow pockets.

Let it sit after landing; many fish eat before the lure has moved very far.

It is strongest in warm weather, calm water, and places where insects or small creatures regularly fall into the water.

It is not a deep-water lure; it works when fish are willing to look up.

The brighter or UV/glow-leaning finish is useful when visibility matters: stained water, low light, deeper lanes, whitewash, or reaction bites where fish need a stronger target to find quickly.
