Run it across weed lanes, timber, shallow flats, drains, and wind-blown banks where predators can attack from below.
It is strongest in low light, stained water, warm conditions, and around shallow cover.
It is not subtle, so in calm clear water a quieter topwater may get more bites if fish are only following.
This baitfish-style finish is better in clear to lightly stained water where predators are already feeding by sight and you want the lure to look natural rather than loud.
