The Justine 115F Pencil Floating Lure is a floating pencil bait for surface walking and controlled topwater work.

The body does not have a diving lip doing the work; the action comes from rod rhythm, slack line, and retrieve speed.

Walk it with short downward twitches and enough slack to let the head swing.

Slow, wide walking is good when fish are following; sharper, faster movement works when bait is nervous and fish are already switched on.

Pauses are important because many surface bites happen just after the lure stops.

Use it over flats, weed edges, drains, current breaks, rock lines, and bait schools near the surface.

It is not the best choice if fish are glued to bottom, but when they are looking up it gives you control and a clear strike target.

TARGET SPECIES: bass, snakehead, peacock bass, sea bass, trevally, queenfish, bluefish, and predators willing to strike at surface disturbance.
