The Tetra Works Ikakko 38 mm Sinking Lure is a small sinking creature-style plug with a squid-like profile, aimed at light-game predators that are not always feeding on straight baitfish.

It gives a different silhouette when fish have seen too many tiny minnows and soft plastics.

Fish it with short lifts, gentle twitches, and pauses so it looks like a small squid or weak creature moving around structure.

Do not rush it; the lure makes most sense when kept close to the zone rather than burned back quickly.

It is strongest around lights, harbour walls, rocky edges, pontoons, and calmer current seams.

It is not the first choice for heavy surf or deep fast water where a compact metal or blade has more control.

TARGET SPECIES: rockfish, ajing targets, small trevally, bream, perch, small bass, and light-game predators feeding around bait, harbour edges, rocks, and current.

Please inspect your rod or reel immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is damaged during transit, contact us right away with clear photos of:

  • The packaging box and envelope it came in

We’ll assess the situation and offer a solution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used. If it’s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.

While we do our best to keep listings accurate, some inventory is managed manually, so occasional mismatches can occur.
