The Spearhead Ryuki 110S Sinking Lure is a large sinking minnow from the Ryuki family, better suited to bigger water than the small stream sizes.
It gives you the flat-sided flash and twitch response of a trout-style minnow, but with enough length to interest larger predators.
Retrieve it steadily through current seams, then add twitches to make the body kick and flash.
The sinking body helps it bite into flow and reach fish holding below the surface, but it also means you should watch your depth around shallow snaggy ground.
It is strongest in rivers, lakes, estuaries, and big pools where fish are feeding on longer baitfish.
If the fish are locked onto tiny fry, smaller Ryuki sizes will look more natural, but when the bait is bigger, the 110S profile makes sense.
TARGET SPECIES: large trout, sea trout, salmon, bass, perch, chub, and current-holding predators that respond to a longer minnow profile.
