The Boostar Wake 3.5 inch is a wake-style soft swimbait made for fishing high in the water and creating a natural surface disturbance.

It is different from a hard topwater because the soft body has a slower, more edible look when fish come up behind it.

Fish it with a steady slow retrieve to make it push a wake, then pause or twitch it when fish are following.

The goal is not to rip it through the water; it works best when it looks like an easy baitfish or small prey item travelling just under the surface.

It is strongest over shallow flats, weed lanes, drains, mangrove edges, and calm feeding areas.

It is not the best dirty-water search lure, but when fish are looking up in shallow water, the slow wake can be a very convincing trigger.

TARGET SPECIES: bass, sea bass, flathead, snapper, trevally, queenfish, and other baitfish-eating predators.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used. If it’s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.
