Do your products come with a warranty?

We stand behind all the products we sell. We advice all our customers to check their purchases once they receive them. If there is an obvious defect in your product , we will replace or refund it for you. Please keep your warranty card if any that comes with your purchase for rods and reels. It will help you later on for service claims. For all other warranty enquiries, please contact us at support@lurehaven.com.sg.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellations are possible only if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Do note that we operate from Asia and receive emails from customers worldwide—there may be a delay in response due to time zone differences. All cancellations are subject to availability and status of your order at the time of request.

What should I do if my rod or reel arrives damaged?

Please inspect your rod or reel immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is damaged during transit, contact us right away with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging box and envelope it came in

We’ll assess the situation and offer a solution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with damages that occur after the item has been used. If it’s a broken rod tip, you may contact us to check if we have a replacement available for purchase, or visit your local fishing shop for repairs.

Why did I receive an email saying my item is out of stock?

While we do our best to keep listings accurate, some inventory is managed manually, so occasional mismatches can occur.

If your item is out of stock, you may:

  • Swap for a different item of equal value
  • Choose a different size or color
  • Request a full refund
Can I return my order after receiving it?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in its original, saleable packaging.

You may:

  • Exchange for items of the same value Request a refund

Note: Return shipping costs, taxes, and duties are borne by the buyer. We’ll process replacements or refunds only after inspecting the returned goods.
